• Excess Kilometre Allowance

  FleetPlus understands that from time to time certain vehicles will reflect a variation in the kilometres travelled comparative to contracted allowance, where these circumstances present FleetPlus will work with you to minimise any economic downside to either party by recalculating the lease.
  The basis for any lease variation will only be invoked where the total fleet kilometres varies by greater than 10% of the total contracted pooled kilometres.
  Ultimately the most cost effective way is to avoid adjustments so be assured that FleetPlus will proactively promote vehicle/driver/territory changes to eliminate the need. We have the reporting tools to be able to do this successfully. As well, we will encourage consistency within the fleet to ensure that this practice is further simplified.
   

  Operating Lease Excess Kilometre Buffer

  FleetPlus offers a generous kilometre buffer on its individual contracts and therefore will only charge excess kilometres where the end contract kilometres have exceeded the individual contract by greater than 5,000 Kilometres.  

• Lease Replacement Vehicles

  Our priority is keeping your drivers on the road.

          Replacement vehicles may be included in Fully Maintained Operating Leases, should the vehicle be off the road

          beyond a normal working day. Examples include: services or repairs, accidental damage, vehicles

          which are written off, stolen, or undergoing major mechanical repairs.
 

1. Vehicle Delivery

   A FleetPlus representative or dealer agent will deliver new vehicles direct to the driver, in all major metropolitan areas.

   A detailed explanation of our services and a demonstration of the features of the new vehicle are all part of our superior service guarantee.

1. Fuel Card Programme

   FleetPlus ensures maximum fuel efficiencies for our clients, via arrangements with major fuel suppliers. FleetPlus also manages your card ordering, data analysis and reporting. 

• Lease Extensions

  Lease terms are established in accordance with your individual business requirements, on a vehicle by vehicle basis. At FleetPlus we recognise that your needs can change and our flexible approach allows us to offer extensions at the end of the lease term.

          Your dedicated Account Manager will contact you 3 months prior to the end of your lease term, to discuss your

          options for the termination or extension of the lease.

• Sale and Lease Back

  FleetPlus can purchase your existing fleet should you own the vehicles and require a capital injection into your business. Your fleet can then be leased back via an Operating or Finance Lease arrangement.

• Fleet Reporting & Online Based Access

  At FleetPlus we are committed to delivering leading edge electronic services to our clients. Detailed reports including cost summary, inventory, non-serviced vehicles and kilometre variance, are delivered regularly and tailored to suit your needs.
   

• Vehicle Policy Planning

  FleetPlus provides comprehensive support with your fleet’s vehicle policy and plan, looking at ways to maintain or reduce Whole of Life costs without compromising on contingent facts such as OH&S. Our ongoing support and advice has proven to be successful with many of our clients who have achieved significant upfront and ongoing savings.
   

• Infringement Notice Management

  Our Infringement Notice Management service eliminates the potential de-registration of vehicles due to non-payment of infringement notices. More importantly, all infringements are recorded on our online web-based reporting system, Catch-E, allowing your Fleet Administrator to view this information live 24 hours, 7 days a week.

• Registrations and WOF

  At FleetPlus we have implemented robust systems and flags to ensure that vehicles are kept registered and up to date. All information relating to each vehicle is housed on our online reporting system to ensure we are proactive with vehicle re-registration.

• FBT Management

  Our innovative IT system allows us to record and report FBT to our clients under the statutory, log book or operating method.

• Driver Education Programmes

  At FleetPlus we can offer and deliver Driver Safety Programs at your request. The Driver Safety Program can be customised to your unique needs to include:

    - Practical group or individual training

    - On-Line driver safety programs targeted to your broader team

    - Facilitated workshops for customised group training

The Driver Safety Program is designed to include interaction, humour and role play while covering various safety and environmental issues. Employees/Contractors will learn a range of driving tactics including fatigue management and defensive driving strategies as well as efficient driving methods that will reduce running costs as well as CO_² emissions. • Vehicle Storage (no charge up to 3 months)

  FleetPlus provides vehicle storage for unused vehicles within your fleet. Safe and secure vehicle storage is ideal for staff on extended leave or vehicles not in use.
