Our asset management system delivers on line reporting and asset tracking capability.

Live, real time information can be downloaded in PDF and CSV report formats that can be customised to your specific needs.

System access is restricted to authorised personnel only via unique login ids and encrypted passwords.

For example:

• Invoices, historical and current, can be reviewed and downloaded;
• Asset reallocations by cost centre/geography/corporate entity can be performed by the asset user (you) or the asset manager (FleetPlus Finance);
• Log events and action items, flag follow up tasks and obligations, update actual usage measurements and benchmark versus budget in hours or kilometres, and
• As per our vehicle fleet asset management system, record and monitor  costs for maintenance, repairs, fuel or energy, where applicable includong carbon footprint.
